My final design.

1st design (print)
The picture look quite dark, so I adjust it with the auto contrast tool.

After apply it, the picture become brighter.

Then, I used the brush tool and choose the colour that similar with my hand painting to paint
the hands again because it looks quite dirty before.

I used the same method but change another type of brush to brush the first blue layer on the top.

After I brush the first layer, I found the effect quite nice so I decided to applied on the other
layers again.

The following step is about the to replaced the previous heart shape because it is not that neat
and I plan to fill other gradient effect to make it more obvious. so, from the shape tool
beside and I choose the custom shape tool and I found a heart shape was listed there.

I filled the gradient effect by right click on the shape and choose the blinding options.
I have tried to adjust the angle and a type of gradient to make the effect like rays coming out the heart.
It is a strong of love expression through the effect.

Beside this, I realized that the picture feel like lack of something so I choose the custom
music icon and applied it on the layer and put a big one in the middle to support it.
This print screen show that how I choose the gradient for the customize icon.

How to do the effect to make the icon hide behind?
The answer is I adjust the opacity at the blinding options to make it little bit transparent at 59%.
Done.

Finally, I click on the background layer beside and go to the filter tool, then choose texture
and select texturizer to make my whole painting to have that effect.

There's a little bit error at beside so I crop it by using the crop tool beside.

before

after

2nd design
I started to edit the graduation cap because it looks a bit weird and the colouring
is not nice. So, I select a square frame from the custom shape tool to shape it.

Then, I right click on the shape to skew it and make it like a cap shape.

After that, I painted it with brush to fill it and draw out the whole cap shape.

I realized that the background is so messy and dirty so I covered it with another brush
which named scattered roses. The whole background became better.

I adjust the contrast by selecting auto contrast tool on the top.

Then,  the two triangle area beside is quite empty and too simple so I used another brush
again to paint it. I change the size of the brush to make it have more special effect.

By keep using brush tool, I change another type of brush and paint the clothes of the girl.

Finally, the final brush I used was butterfly brush make some effects for the background.
I go to the blending options and select 'colour' to make that effect as the print screen above.

before

after

3rd design
For third design, I apply the the rectangle shape to replaced the stick area in the picture.
I choose a special gradient and effect for the rectangle shape to make it more interesting.
Then, I also choose a rectangle shape for the signboard in the middle and choose
a effect from the blending options.

Most  of the area in this picture I used plenty kinds of brush to brush it.
Then, I used the eraser tool to erase the signboard that part and make that effect.
This picture is quite unique after I used the brushes to applied it.

after

The 1st design were chosen to print as I stated above.

All of this three design above is the result after used photoshop editing...
I faced some problem when editing because don't know how to apply and make it better.
I have tried to use the way that teacher guide us in class and use some tool when I try myself.

I found there were some error on my design too but I already try my best to make it better.
I have gained experienced through this photoshop project.
In future, i will keep trying to apply photoshop better.

Because the reference artist I Choose before I faced some problem on applying his art movement when I'm drawing my sketches. His art movement and concept is hard for me to be a reference so I DECIDED  to change another reference artist to replace DA VINCI after I consult my TEACHER in class.

The artist that I CHOOSE is :

Henri Matisse
Art movement : modernism, fauvism, post-impressionism.
Matisse was the artist who fullfilled the national tradition of French painting in the modern movement and entered with the analytical, cerebral quality in modern art. He express through colour transmitted its message with a strong direct impact. A balance was achieved between colour, expressing light, and form, presenting objects as pure forms in a two-dimensional manner without any illusionism in his pictures. His works executed there are the very essence of Fauvism in their vivid colours and flat patterning.

In his drawings, it was characterized by the use of pure colours and sophisticated interplay (harmonies and contrasts). The two-dimensionality of the picture surface enriched by decorative patterns taken from wallpapers, Oriental carpets, and fabrics; and the musicality of outlines and arabesques, the human figures being treated in the same manner as the decorative elements.
